Delos (Dee) Flint is the Director and a Shareholder with Lugenbuhl’s Maritime and Energy Group. His maritime industry experience includes the representation of drilling and service companies, blue and brown water vessel owners, barge lines, charterers, and insurers. He also has experience in commercial litigation involving asbestos claims, breach of contract, products liability, and environmental law. Finally, related to his maritime practice, Mr. Flint has developed a specialty with DBA cases defending burn pit and PTSD claims. In the energy sector, Mr. Flint has been involved in oil field exploration, major offshore casualties, personal injuries, as well as energy insurance, well blowout and control, loss of hole, production delay, and tank explosions. An established attorney for over 35+ years, Mr. Flint is recognized in courts from along the Gulf Coast from Texas to Florida. A graduate with honors from Dartmouth College, Mr. Flint received his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Law School in 1981. Mr. Flint is recognized annually on a number of awards lists, published several law review articles, and is regularly recruited as a speaker for numerous seminars and conferences across the country to share knowledge on relevant issues relating to maritime, energy, and transportation law. |
