Shea Moser is a partner with Moseley, Prichard, Parrish, Knight & Jones in Jacksonville, Florida. His practice is focused on maritime, logistics, trucking, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in litigation involving the Jones Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. He earned a B.S.B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida, a M.B.A. from Samford University, and a J.D. from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. Shea is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia. He has served his local community by teaching civics in public high schools and helping to raise monies for local charities. He is a past officer of the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and a past chairman of the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Commercial Litigation Section, Community Outreach Section, and Law Week Committee. He currently serves on serves on the Middle District of Florida’s Admiralty and Maritime Practice Committee, the Editorial Board for the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, and is a member of the Maritime Law Association.
