Nicholas Paine is a graduate of Roger Williams School of Law in Rhode Island.  He has been in practice for approximately 10 years, in Houston and New York, focusing on maritime issues.  He began in maritime personal injury defense and has more recently handled commercial litigation involving maritime issues.  He now works for Bluepoint Wind, his second in-house position, where he primarily deals in transactional matters, but other general corporate legal matters as well.
