Oleg Otten is the Yacht Visa Lawyer at VLAC LAW in Miami, Florida. He focuses his practice on yacht, immigration, and corporate law. Oleg assists non-U.S. yacht crew members in securing visas and maintaining their non-immigrant status in the United States. He advises yacht manufacturers and brokerages on obtaining work visas and green cards for their managers, executives, and professionals, including naval architects and engineers. Additionally, he helps international investors acquire E-2 visas and EB-5 green cards through investment in the U.S. economy and the creation of American jobs.

Oleg is originally from Western Siberia, Russia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Financial Economics from Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Florida. He lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife and their four children.
