Lawrence Malizzi of Onterris has over 30 years of experience in support to shipping via insurance loss control, 3^rd party claims, litigation support, NRDA, spill planning, drills, and response.  He has managed work on the Pier 32, Pelican Island, St. Simon Sound, Bayport Channel Collision, Ever Forward grounding, Dublin Express, and Boston 30 responses, among others.  Mr. Malizzi served as the Program Manager for the Natural Resource Advisor Program, among other tasks, in support of the MC252 Deepwater Horizon Response (BP Spill) in the Gulf of Mexico.  He is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Spill Control Association of America and the Planning Committee for the International Oil Spill Conference 2027.
