Constance Waguespack is a Partner with Pusateri, Johnston, Guillot & Greenbaum, LLC.
She has been with the firm since 2017, practicing in the area of admiralty and maritime
litigation. She has assisted in representing offshore and marine service contractors in a
variety of matters involving defense and indemnity issues, Jones Act defense, maintenance
and cure issues, ยง 905(b) longshore claims, personal injury, death, vessel collisions and
allisions, and property damage. Mrs. Waguespack is actively involved in several community
and professional organizations. She is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association,
Louisiana Bar Association, Women’s International Shipping and Trade Association, and
Mariner’s Club of the Port of New Orleans. She is also currently serving on the Board of
Directors for the Federal Bar Association.
